Stretch and Mobility Classes

This drop-in stretch and mobility class includes a range of exercises designed to increase your range-of-motion and help you move more freely. You will stretch and lengthen muscles and fascia (connective tissue). This can help your body through a full range of movements without causing injury, stiffness and pain. There is a therapeutic focus on stretching deeply and releasing tension in the body. The class can be done seated on a chair.Lea Singer is a certified Yoga instructor. She has conducted workshops and classes at health clubs, gyms, aged care facilities and people with disabilities facilities, yoga studios, workplaces, schools, wellness retreats and festivals. Lea specialises in promoting positive aging.
