As part of our Wellbeing@West program, Westminster is delighted to welcome one of Australia's most respected psychologists and expert in child and adolescent mental health, Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, for an inspiring session titled Raising Happy, Resilient Kids.Aligned with Westminster’s focus on adventurous education, this event will explore the importance of resilience - helping children navigate setbacks and embrace big emotions like disappointment, anger, and sadness. Dr Carr-Gregg brings over 30 years of experience working with families, is the author of 17 parenting books, and is a trusted voice on parenting across Channel 7 Sunrise, Channel 9, radio, and School TV.
We’re thrilled to offer this opportunity as a FREE event to all Westminster parents and carers from ELC to Year 12.
