Lucy Turnbull is an artist and lecturer at Adelaide Central School of Art. She is interested in drawing and painting from observation to record her experience of place and connection to home.Join Lucy for our March plein air session focusing on exploring new techniques to translate what you see onto paper using various sketching materials. Through demonstrations and group exercises, Lucy will guide you through drawing strategies that emphasise key elements of composition, including shape, line, mark-making, and scale.
Please bring a sketchbook and your choice of drawing materials, including graphite, ink, coloured pencils, markers, crayons, pastels, and gouache.
