Presented over two evening workshops this Confidentially Speaking Negotiation Skills Master Class designed to provide you with customised coaching and invaluable negotiation experience which will hold you in good stead well after the workshops have ended.
Through a combination of formal coaching and negotiation role-play you will learn how to effectively achieve your desired outcomes the Confidentially Speaking way.
We will cover:
Information gathering and strategically planning for your negotiation;
Dealing with difficult opponents;
Learning when to “hold ‘em, fold ‘em, learn when to walk away and learn when to run”;
Breaking the Impasse – tips on how to break through when it seems that neither party is able to move from their position;
How to seal the deal;
Three negotiation role plays progressing from simple negotiations to more complex negotiations.
