'Year 9 are Animals' is a contemporary exploration of the inherent chaos a classroom can bring. Written by Richard Tulloch, the play centralises on Alan and his Year 9 class as they navigate the school year despite difficulties regarding the children's behaviour. The play delves into the fun, drama and dynamics of Class 9F. Their antics include toilet-papering a fellow student and wreaking absolute havoc in a museum. The chaotic nature of the class is apparent throughout the play while Alan tries mostly unsuccessfully to rein them in.Date
