• Join us as we operate 2 of our vintage steam engines with heritage 'E type' carriages on 6 Steam Train shuttles from Flinders Street Station on the Moomba Festival weekend - Sunday 9th & Monday 10th March 2025.

• These shuttles will travel on a scenic return journey through Melbourne's leafy South Eastern Suburbs between Flinders Street and Glen Huntly.
  Take a seat in our heritage compartment style carriages with beautiful wood veneer panelling, pressed tin ceilings and opening windows to fully experience the steam era!
  You may also join us on our transfer trains from Newport to Flinders Street in the morning or Flinders Street to Newport in the evening.

• Come along for a ride on The Vintage Train for a fun family day out through Melbourne's suburbs.

• TICKET OPTIONS
  6 x return shuttles will depart Flinders Street on Sunday 9th and Monday 10th March at 9:40am, 10:40am, 11:40pm, 1:40pm, 2:40pm and 3:40pm. 
  These 50 minute shuttles will operate to Glen Huntly Station and return, passengers will not be able to join/leave the train at Glen Huntly.

• One way transfer trips will depart at the following times - 
  Newport (Platform 1) 9:01am to Flinders Street arriving at 9:20am.
  Flinders Street (Platform 10) 4:38pm to Newport arriving at 5:01pm.

• ON-TRAIN SERVICES
  Our on-train facilities include a kiosk which stocks a range of light refreshments, snacks and hot and cold drinks. A licensed bar will also be operating, serving a range of beers, wines and spirits. A range of souvenirs will also be able for purchase from our on-board store.
