Join me in my Palm Beach Kitchen to learn how to preserve the harvest, capturing the flavour and colour of seasonal fruit in a jar, including 'that' Apricot jam, an addictive cucumber pickle & more. We'll uncover the craft of preparing and cooking homemade jam and pickles, whilst understanding all things from setting points to storage. A fun, informative, hands-on class, with just six of us gathered around my kitchen table.
