ABOUT

This online workshop is to provide tailored training for the aged care  and wider community services sector in project & event management that will enhance their ability to work strategically and collaboratively and become well-resourced to meet the needs of our changing population.

To equip project managers, staff with project management and negotiations skills, the two-hour  workshop will cover:

•Navigating Grants, Funding and Collaborations – alignment, strategy and information

• Strategic approaches to project management and funding;
• Gathering data and creating value; and
• Drafting a project plan to support sustainable funding partnerships where missions and goals align

Suitable for: project officers, service coordinators, operation managers, and staff delivering grant projects.
