Saturday Social Dance Sessions with Mina from NRG (SOLD OUT)

Neva Rest yuh Groove invites you to an afternoon of dance at Flourish MS.Mina will start us off with a 90min Music Video Series Workshop from 1-2.30pm.
Followed by a 90min Sexy Heels Workshop from 3-4.30pm.
We will then keep the vibe going by chatting over some cocktails/drinks to wrap up the afternoon from Sunset Social. It will be an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, socialising through an incredible art form & of course some new dance skills!
COST: $70 or $40 per workshop
Please note - Drinks are not included & can be purchased separately from Sunset Social.

Salt n Pepa - "Shoop" we take it back to the 90's! Wear your sneakers and dress in the vibes.
👠Sexy Heels Floor 3-4.30pm
We slow it down, take it down to the floor, glide around & learn to move in heels! Heels optional, (please bring socks) and dress as you FEEL!
Soft knee pads recommended for both!
