Classroom/Theory
-positioning on road, left/oil/right, where and when to position
Practical riding
-Short ride showcasing positions on road
-slow control in carpark
-o turns and slalom
-countersteering / counterlean / body pos
-fundamentals of momentum and keeping it slow with brake
-practice exercise with cones, 10m, 8m, 6m apart for figure of 8.
-practice exercise of slalom and the quick left/right whilst maintaining balance using momentum
-quiet street/space for emergency braking techniques.
