This workshop is the fifth workshop of a monthly series and will focus on the throat chakra to bring you back to a state expressing your truth. The throat chakra is related to the space / ether element (Akasha). The Vishuddha Chakra, establishes a strong connection to both verbal and body language and acts as a gateway to expression, communication, and authenticity.You can still attend this workshop if you didn't attend the others.
The workshop includes:
Introduction to the throat chakra
Kundalini bioenergetic breathwork practice
Rest, restore and integrate with a throat chakra themed sound bath to pure crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and more.
