LET'S TALK ABOUT.. GRIEF AND LOSS. ANTICIPATORY GRIEF AND BEREAVEMENT (IN-PERSON CLEVELAND, QLD)This FREE 2-hour IN-PERSON event is being held in Cleveland, Queensland and provides an introduction to grief and loss focusing particularly on anticipatory grief before a person dies, and the grief and loss experienced after a person dies (bereavement). As a community, it is important that we better understand and normalise grief and loss, and learn some important ways of supporting ourselves, or others, during this time. Please note this is not a formal grief & loss or bereavement counselling session. It is however an opportunity to learn more about grief and loss, ask questions and gently share over a cuppa.
