Canapes
-Persian Fetta and herb croquette
-Citrus Cured Salmon, Goat’s curd with fresh dill, beetroot wafer
-Grilled White Savourine Bruschetta
Mains
-Chicken filled with Black Savourine, leek, spinach
-18-hour Lamb Shoulder, whipped Persian Fetta
-Honey & Harissa Roast Eggplant with a pistachio, lentil, pomegranate salad & goat curd whipped with yoghurt

Rosemary potato rosti/green beans & broccolini, fresh goats cheese, pesto & roast almonds/carrots roasted in Persian fetta oil, cheese atop

-Goats cheese and Honey Ice Cream with caramelised pears
