Both common and casual bus user have responsibilities under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).Whether you drive regularly or part time; if you are an administrator arranging the use of a bus for school excursions or other trips; hiring or driving a bus of a weekend to use for sporting teams or novelty events; a teacher driving a school-owned bus or a fellow teacher arranging their travel – you have responsibilities under the HVNL.
