~ Learn & experience the fun, vibrant, & joyous tradition of West African Drum & Dance.
~West African Drumming has a distinctly therapeutic & spiritual aspect – it’s good for our state of mind, body & spirit.
~Drum & Dance accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and produces feelings of wellbeing.
~Drumming is an incredible meditative tool, allowing participants to focus and truly experience themselves in the “here & now”.
~In Senegalese life, the Diola play drums to heal the sick, communicate with the spirit world, and bring communities together, but most of all, they play drums to dance & bring joy.
Term begins: Sunday 16th February & concludes on Sunday 23rd March
