Enjoy a four-course menu perfectly paired with exquisite Villa Maria wines, featuring selections from Wairau Valley, Marlborough, and Hawke’s Bay—including an award-winning mystery Chardonnay.

Menu Highlights
- On Arrival: Sydney rock oyster, eschalote mignonette (NV Sparkling)
- Entrée: Beetroot-cured kingfish, orange, pomegranate (2024 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, 2023 Woven Sauvignon Blanc)
- Main: Duck confit, blood plum ketchup, fennel Pomme Anna (2020 & 2021 Pinot Noir)
- Dessert: Dark chocolate marquise, crème fraîche (2019 Ngakirikiri Cabernet Sauvignon)
