The Brisbane City Pops Orchestra is thrilled to present our first concert for 2025 entitled - Hidden Treasures. Hear such musical gems as the  toe-tapping tunes of Leroy Anderson (including Serenata, Belle of the Ball and Syncopated Clock), the serene Pachabel Canon, featuring our very talented Strings, and take a trip down memory lane with Glenn Miller’s Moonlight Serenade, Henri Mancini’s Baby Elephant Walk and a medley of childhood favourites called, Disney Magic. Our guest artists are audience favourites, Emma Nightingale and Gregory Moore, performing the heart-warming duet Amigos Para Siempre (Friends For Life). Emma will also sing Strauss’ elegant Voices of Spring and the tender, The Wind Beneath My Wings. Greg will present the passionate Nessun Dorma by Puccini and the timeless, You Raise Me Up. The orchestra will perform Vaughan Williams' March from the Folk Song Suite, the atmospheric, La Calinda by Delibes. Our conductor is the ever popular Chen Yang.
