The wonderful world of journaling is a great place to retreat from the world for a while. I call it my scribble art, but none the less apply my art know how. I still think about composition, drawing, values, colours and edges. I draw what is in front of me and write down my responses to it. It can be as complex or as simple as I want, but most of all it's just plain fun.We'll look at some of the fundamental aspects of drawing - perspective, how to draw believable figures in the landscape - actually how to draw anything that you want to draw.
Bring some photos of your favourite places or events and I'll show you how to turn them into journal entries using some very different art materials.
