55’c MSA beef fillet, sweet potato gratin, asparagus, red wine jus (GF)
Grilled Atlantic salmon, celeriac puree, broccolini, golf tomato, gremolata (GF)
Curried cauliflower, couscous salad, mint raita (V,)

Coconut & pineapple mousse, shortbread, mango & passionfruit gel
Tiramisu, mascarpone mousse, Chantilly cream, coffee gel
