About
Internationally award-wining pianist Coady Green, and Artistic Director of the Friends of Music Series, launches the 2025 program with a truly virtuosic program. The great Russian pianist-composer Anton Rubinstein was a groundbreaking Romantic Russian composer, influencing generations of musicians to come, including Rachmaninoff and Scriabin. His piano music is known for its extreme technical difficulties.In this program, Coady presents a selection of Rubinstein's monumental piano etudes, which he is currently recording for UK label Toccata Classics.
