SSAA TOWNSVILLE'S WOMEN & GIRLS IN SPORT, COME & TRY EVENT
Women and Girls in Sport Come & Try Day at the SSAA Townsville Q22 Complex.
This event invites women and girls (over 11 years old at the time of the event) to come out and try shooting as a sporting activity, in a safe and supervised environment.
We will have set up activities that allow safe handling and the firing of firearms under supervision by our club members at each activity area.
There will be multiple set up areas and different types of firearm and shooting activities to try out.
Try your hand at shotgun, rifle and/or pistol activities set out, which will allow everyone to try different events throughout the day.
Displays of modern and historical firearms as well as a canon firing to start the event.
There is a lunch provided, drinks are available to purchase from the Clubhouse throughout the day.
