Culture and Law Moot (SOLD OUT)

The Culture and Law Moot is being held at the Banco Court for a second year in a row. The moot brings together lawyers of all backgrounds to participate, network and for the mooters to have an opportunity to appear before esteemed judges.This year's mooting topic is "The Australian legal system is an effective tool to address the intersectionality of discrimination?". The judges overseeing the moot are their Honours Chief Justice Helen Bowskill, Judge Nicholas Andreatidis KC and Deputy Chief Magistrate Anthony Gett.
