We’re thrilled to invite you to a special workshop with Shannon, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and Dani, a Clinical Nutritionist, where you’ll discover the art of nourishing your body, recovering effectively, and eating for lifelong health.The food we eat touches every part of our lives—shaping how our bodies function, how our minds work, and how energized we feel day to day.
During this workshop, Shannon will gently guide you through a Foam Rolling and Mobility routine to support your recovery. Afterward, Dani will share her expertise in a thoughtful 1-hour presentation, covering the essentials of nutrition, including how to fuel and recover from your workouts (30 minutes). The session will wrap up with a cozy 30-minute Q&A, where you can ask anything on your mind—from bloating and caffeine to sleep, fatigue, and supplements.
