With recent reports of lifeguards being assaulted, abused, and spat on, violence and aggression in aquatic facilities cannot be tolerated. This workshop addresses occupational violence in the aquatic industry, providing practical strategies to help team leaders, pool managers, and supervisor. Participants will learn how to de-escalate tense situations, respond effectively if conflicts escalate, and prioritise personal safety while fostering a respectful and positive environment. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for professional development upon completion.Stay calm, stay professional, and always Keep Your Cool at the Pool!
