About
Residential Care Line supports residential aged care staff to provide care in place, aiming where appropriate to reduce the need for unnecessary ED presentations and hospital admissions. RCL aims to provide timely access to appropriate care pathways and to improve the quality-of-life of older people living in residential care.This forum is for nursing staff working in residential aged care facilities. The forum will cover multiple aspects of Clinical Deterioration, including Advanced Care Planning, Difficult Conversations, and Falls Prevention.
The forum will be held at The Boulevard Centre, Floreat (see ticket for more details).
