Join us in the Queenscliffe Maritime Museum’s Gil Allbutt Boatshed to hear documentary filmmaker, renowned fisherman and maritime historian Garry Kerr present his documentary Scallop Fishing in Australia: D'Entrecasteaux Channel to Port Phillip. Hear stories about the realities, joys and challenges of participating in the scallop fishery from 1920 to 1970, captured through this documentary and through Garry’s own tales.Event details:
