Queenscliffe Lighthouse Theatre Group is proud to offer this workshop, as part of our monthly Page to Stage program. QLTG is subsidising the event.This workshop gives participants an opportunity to explore various ways of using vocal and embodied expression and develop stagecraft skills in improvisation through storytelling, movement and clown with some use of props.
What is InterPlay?
InterPlay explores the wisdom of the body through story, simple body movement and vocal techniques that help reconnect a sense of personal wholeness and creativity. Experience fun, and a sense of community and freedom through gentle movement, stillness, storytelling, song and conversation. Awaken the playful creative spirit.
Facilitators Jenny and Peter Batten are accredited InterPlay leaders and have led workshops in many settings, from community playgroups to family and drama camps as well working with disability groups. Each has a Masters in Creative Arts therapy (MIECAT).
