Spanning over 1,000 kilometres of vineyards, the Loire Valley is known as the Garden of France, a UNESCO-listed region where castles, rolling vineyards and centuries-old winemaking traditions come together. From the brisk coastal Muscadets of the west to the elegant Sancerres and structured Cabernet Francs of the east, the Loire produces some of France’s most food-friendly and expressive wines.

Join Pierre Stock and the Wine Education Centre for an intimate evening exploring this iconic region through a curated tasting of eight exceptional wines. With over 25 years of experience in the world of wine, Pierre’s journey has taken him from the kitchens of Paul Bocuse to the cellars of France-Soir, where he spent a decade as sommelier and wine buyer. Now at the helm of Pierre Stock Wine Selections, he curates some of France’s finest wines for Australian palates.

On the night, we’ll taste our way through a handpicked selection of Loire Valley wines, beginning with a méthode traditionnelle sparkling before moving into crisp whites and elegant reds. Each flight will be expertly paired with generous French-inspired canapés, designed to complement the wines.
