Please collect your National Theatre ticket(s) from the Box Office prior to the performance.
TryBooking tickets are not valid for entry.
Due to ongoing mechanical issues, the theatre stairclimber is no longer operational. While the lift can take patrons to the mezzanine level, you will need to navigate 20 stairs to get into the auditorium.
The National apologise sincerely for this inconvenience and are endeavouring to address the issue as soon as possible.
