Join me in my Palm Beach Kitchen to learn how to preserve the harvest, capturing the flavour and colour of seasonal fruit in a jar, including making marmalade, strawberry jam, pickling baby onions & more. We'll uncover the mystery that is marmalade, the craft of preparing and cooking homemade jam and bottling pickles, whilst understanding all things from setting points to storage. A fun, informative, hands-on class, with just six of us gathered around my kitchen table.
