About
Young people around the world are concerned about the impacts of climate change on people and the planet. City of Newcastle, with support from the Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Youth Climate Action Fund, are offering microgrants of $1,500 to $7,500 to young individuals or organisations that represent youth to fund climate initiatives.The Youth Climate Action Grant program is to support young people to design, produce and govern urgent climate solutions that advance our Newcastle Climate Action Plan targets of a net-zero emissions community by 2040.
