Central West Comedy ARMIDALE - Luke Heggie & Daniel Connell

YOU WOULD NORMALLY NEED TO TRAVEL TO A CAPITAL CITY TO SEE THESE FESTIVAL AWARD WINNING SHOWS, BUT WE ARE BRINGING THEM TO YOUR DOOR
These are the tribulations of someone just trying to stay alive until he’s dead, while attempting to remain a man of the people. The people aren’t really honouring their end of the bargain. Besides nothing, the crushing majority of people don’t know anything. In fact, most of them are heading in the right direction for a smack.
Luke Heggie recently discovered that a slip of the tongue is now more commonly known as “his true colours” and that salted caramel was not just a fad. He’d like for these things to be rectified, but stopping short of standing in a major intersection waving around a plank with nails sticking out of it, there is nothing that can be done. This show is not recommended for anyone who was brought up to believe nothing is their fault. Most things are your fault. No lowbreeds please.
‘Utterly extraordinary… A knock-out.’ ★★★★★The Age
Daniel Connell could easily be described as the ideal Aussie comedian; affable, loveable and hilarious. His observational, dry, often unanticipated comedy has seen him take to stages all over Australia.
Daniel has also performed in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Scotland. Daniel has also performed a brand new hour of stand-up at 10 consecutive Melbourne International Comedy Festivals.
He has also taken each show to every major Australian festival. Daniel has made several TV appearances, performing on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala (2017, 2019, 2021 & 2024), and the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow (2022). In 2023 Daniel took off on his first national tour, taking his sell-out show I’m Always Sore right around Australia. In 2024 Daniel took his new show Little Aussie Battler to every major Australian festival, and on a national tour.
