A Bunch of Smooths Operators is Caleb Fortuin on piano and vocals, Daniel Seddon on double bass and electric bass and Philippe Schuster on drums.
Further Explorations, the music of Bill Evans, A Bunch of Smooth Operators’ first project, is a homage to the music of piano giant Bill Evans.
“Further Explorations” delves deep into Evans’ music, in two parts. The first set “Respect” explores Evans classic period with a strong emphasis on the acoustic element. The second set “To Bill Evans and Beyond” offers a platform for the trio’s boundless creativity providing a more modern twist to the timeless Evans’ songbook.
