EVENT INFORMATIONSauna with an ocean view! Group sauna sessions in a unique cedar-wood barrel sauna. Heated by a traditional wood-fire using sustainable white gum wood, experience deep relaxation while soothing tired muscles and rejuvenating the mind.
If under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Not recommended for small children.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking and ensure you are hydrated. No alcohol or smoking prior to sauna use.
Location: OMEO HUB: Wellness Oasis Presented by Port Coogee, Omeo Park.
Wear:Bathers/sarong/cotton t-shirt and shorts - whatever you are most comfortable in. Leaving any jewelry at home, as it can get quite hot.
Bring: Towel and water bottle.
