Main #2 - Hog's Breath Nelson Bay | 18-hr slow cooked Prime Rib Steak served with Creamy Mash Potato (Steak cooked Medium)
Dessert & Last Venue - Mavericks on the Bay | Strawberry Eton Mess with Strawberry Compote, Meringue & Chantilly Cream.
