Join us for a special celebration of German schnapps and fresh-baked goodness!Award-winning distiller Mona de la Croix of Schnapps Idea Distillery will guide you through a tasting of her handcrafted, small-batch German styled schnapps (fruit brandies), made in Melbourne with locally sourced ingredients.
Paired with this? An incredible spread of pretzels, breads, meats, and the special premiere of pear cake by Janina, the German Baking Queen - baked with Schnapps Idea’s own Pear Schnapps.
Expect bold flavours, great stories, plenty of fun, and glorious carbs as Mona and Janina share the craft behind authentic schnapps and German baking.
