Discover the Elegance of Chablis (SOLD OUT)
If you enjoy Chardonnay, prepare to take your appreciation to the next level with our immersive “Deep Dive into Chablis” session on Tuesday April 8, 2025.
Chablis, a renowned region in Burgundy, is celebrated for producing some of the world’s finest dry white wines. These wines are esteemed for their purity, crispness, sophistication, and distinct minerality.
Stretching 20 kilometres from north to south and 15 kilometres from east to west, Chablis is a region where geology reigns supreme. Its vineyards rest on Jurassic-era Kimmeridgian limestone, dating back 150 million years. This unique soil composition imparts the unmistakable minerality and refined austerity that Chablis wines are famous for.
During this two-hour session, you will explore the fascinating geology, climate, and terroir of Chablis. You’ll also enjoy guided tastings of seven exceptional wines, ranging from Petit Chablis to the prestigious Grand Cru, including the Domaine Marcel Servin Les Preuses.
As a highlight, experience the acclaimed Domaine Raveneau Chablis 2020, considered one of the best producers in Chablis - retailing at over $500 per bottle.
