About
This Learning Alliance Meeting (LAM) will provide the opportunity for graduates to network with others from local schools, reflect and share their experiences and develop their practice with feedback and support. Graduates will engage in interactive activities, problems of practice and build upon their understanding and implementation of the Positive Classroom Management Strategies (PCMS). Facilitated by Learning Alliance Leaders (LALs), graduates will strengthen their understanding of PCMS 3 (Encouraging Expected Behaviours) and PCMS 4 (Discouraging Expected Behaviours) and consider ways to improve these practices in their classrooms. This LAM emphasises practical next steps to enhance student learning and wellbeing.Light afternoon tea provided.
