REP' PREP' ACADEMY
8 sessions. Choose from your preferred day below:

Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 9 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION
+ Dedicated program to best prepare players for Rep' pathway
+ We will cover offence & defence, footwork, teach correct technique, expose players to high pressure scenarios, develop their overall skills & improve their ability to influence games
+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components
SKILL BUILDER ACADEMY
8 sessions. Choose from your preferred day below:
Sunday 3.00pm - 4.00pm
Wednesday 5.00pm - 6.00pm
Thursday 7.00pm - 8.00pm
OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 7 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION
+ Focus on fundamental skill improvement & confidence building.
+ Tailored skill, technique & court positioning training.
+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age.

SHOOTING ACADEMY

Wedmesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm

+ Perfect for players wanting to tryout for Rep' or have desire to advance their game in high-grade Domestic or Rep'
