Tracy is the Diageo’s Brand Ambassador for Victoria and Tasmania. Originally from Southern California, her passion for spirits, wine and mixology brought her all the way to us in Australia where she bartended and managed some of Melbourne's beloved southside bars.

• Tasting of the following whiskies:

1. The Singleton; 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Speyside)
2. Talisker Skye; Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Isle of Skye)
3. Lagavulin 8-Year-Old; Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Islay)
4. Lagavulin 16-Year-Old; Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Islay)
5. Talisker 10- Year-Old; Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Isle of Skye)
6. Dalwhinnie 15-Year-Old; Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Highland)
