Are you Curious about how Juniper, Sloes, Yuzu and many other botanicals are grown?Join us on a wonderful walk and talk tour of our botanical farm. Explore our orchards and gardens. Get hands on and share in our farms' future by helping us plant a new botanical to be used in an exciting new gin.
Learn about the different applications and positioning of botanicals in our still. Taste our gins with your newfound knowledge and relax with a locally focused cheese board, drizzled with our Yuzu infused honey. So, you won't forget the experience too quickly, you will take home a 200ml bottle of one of our award-winning Gins.
The day will start at 10:30 at the distillery and journey on a 45 minute leisurely walk of our orchards and gardens discussing our regenerative approach and the uses and application of each botanical in our gins.
On the return to the distillery, you will relax with a delicious locally sourced cheese board and an in-depth Gin tasting.
