At Young Engineers, we aim to impart theoretical and applied knowledge in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) through intuitive study in a fun and entertaining environment, using the world’s famous LEGO® building blocks. In our Engineering Camps, we explore construction, mechanical engineering, and software engineering, and we have a great day of fun and learning.

Who can attend

Students from Grade 1 - Grade 7

Students are divided into groups according to grades. They will receive their STEM kits, instructions, and ongoing assistance from our instructor. 

There are two types of challenges

1 - Foundation STEM enrichment program for grades 1 - 3 children. It includes a coding element called Agile Coding Level 1
2- STEM + Robotics program for grades 4 - 7 children, including Agile Coding level 2
 

About Session

There will be multiple build sessions during the day, each session will have different curricula, and students will learn and build different models to simulate STEM concepts.

Full-day event: 9 am - 3 pm

1. Students will build various models simulating different STEM concepts during the full-day event.
2. Each model includes a lecture about the concepts of simulation
3. Students build and demonstrate the working model and answer a quick quiz to play back learning
4. Most importantly, kids will have fun learning new STEM concepts.
5. Students will design models and use coding to power them up and simulate different features.

Important Instructions:

1. Please drop off your child before 9 am so we can start on time.
2. Please pick up your child at 3 pm.
3. Please pack recess and lunch for your child.
4. Please let us know any information in the booking e.g., allergies or any special care needed.
