The ticket price, of $200 per person, includes a three course a la carte dinner. If you are making group bookings, please be advised that the tables will only accommodate ten (10) guests. If you have more than 10 guests attending, we will place your additional guests on an adjacent table. For those who are not arranging a table of guests, we will arrange seating for you, or you could nominate those with whom you would like to be seated.

Please note that guests who have a Year 11 student participating in the Ball, the student's ticket is to be included as one of the tickets in your booking, however, they will be seated separately from guests, at student tables.

Under the Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations, please be advised that this event is only open to guests 16 years and over. If you wish to bring a guest aged between 16 to 18 years, please contact the School prior to making your online booking.

Parents, guests, and friends are to arrive at the Lobby adjacent to Rooms 2 & 3 between 6.30pm and 6.45pm. The doors to these rooms will open at 6.45pm and we would ask that all guests are seated by 7.00pm for the event to commence. Please note any dietary requirements for both the student, parents/carers.
