Enjoy Korean food and speaker/s- Hokyung Rankin, .
Agriculture & Environment-
Speakers are- Rob Kyle-Hunter Bird Observers Club- Black-Necked Stork and Melissa- Andmia Flower Farm- Australian Cut Flowers.
Lunch is $20.00. There is the following to chose from-
1. Kimchi fried rice- a traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables, garlic, ginger, chili peppers, salt, and fish sauce.
2. Tteokbokki-simmered rice cakes
3. Bulgogi bibimbab- marinated beef (bulgogi) with an array of colorful vegetables, a fried egg, and a dollop of spicy gochujang sauc
4. Japchae
5. Kimbap - bulgogi / spick pork / tuna / fried tofu
If you do not want a Korean meal, the following is available-
6) Quiche and Salad
7) Cold meats and salad.
Morning tea will be supplied.
