The Beginners Chen Tai Chi Program is a 10-week journey to boost physical and mental well-being through Chen Family Tai Chi.
No prior experience is needed, perfect for beginners.
Participants will learn Chen Tai Chi Qigong, Silk Reeling Foundations, and the 5 Elements Chen Tai Chi form, starting with Zhan Zhuang standing exercises to improve balance, flexibility, and relaxation. As the weeks progress, they’ll explore Chan Si Gong (silk reeling energy) and Bu Fa (stepping techniques) to build strength and coordination. By the end, participants will integrate these principles into the 5 Elements and 13 Postures routine, experiencing improved posture, reduced stress, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Classes are weekly on Fridays from 10am - 11.30am.
