Get ready for an unforgettable day at Family Fun Day at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast – a special event just for Type 1 families! Whether you've been to our Type 1 Family events before or this is your first time, this will be a day to remember! Get excited to ride some of Dreamworld’s famous roller coasters, meet some new Type 1 friends and have a day full of adventure and memories.
What’s Included in Your Ticket:
Park Entry: Enjoy full access to all of Dreamworld’s rides and attractions
Exclusive Function Area: Hang out in our private function and party area, where we’ll have all the Type 1 action happening throughout the day. It’s the perfect spot to party and mingle.
Entertainment for Everyone: From face painting, crazy hair, tattoos, games, raffles, and competitions, there will be so much fun going on...
Guest Speakers: Hear from our incredible sponsors and other inspirational speakers from our Type1 Community.
Diabetes Tech on Display: Check out the latest T1D tech and tools from our amazing medical sponsors.
Meet Other Families: A great chance to connect with other Type 1 families, share experiences, and make some new friends who truly understand the journey.
Exclusive Merchandise: Why not go home with some special Type 1 merch? We will have a huge range on display including shirts, hats, jewellery and more!
This event is for immediate Type 1 families (Mum, Dad, and up to 4 kids). If your family has more than 6 people, please get in touch with us beforehand so we can sort out your tickets without flagging our ticketing system. Extended family or friends are welcome to join, but they’ll need to buy tickets directly from Dreamworld.

Terms and conditions
No selling of tickets is permitted. All tickets are pre-purchased by the Type 1 Foundation.
If you can’t attend you must email Ange ange@type1foundation.com.au directly.
If you want a refund you must email us at least 48hrs prior to event start. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
