About
All women are welcome to come along to our safety workshops to learn new skills to keep you and your family safe on the water. The guest speaker will be Senior Constable Kate Middleton from Victorian Water Police based on the Gippsland Lakes. Workshops will be:* An Introduction to on Water Communications and practical exercises,
* On Water Safety including lifejacket servicing and maintenance,
* Children’s Safety on Water Campaign – a representative from Safe Transport Victoria, and
* Recovery of a Person Overboard - procedures/practical demonstration.
The cost of $25.00 includes a light lunch and refreshments.
