Connecting Country have joined forces with Castlemaine Pride and BirdLife Castlemaine to bring you the 'Rainbow Birdwalk.'Come along and connect with nature and other queer folks on our bird watching wander along Campbells Creek Trail. Whether you’re an experienced bird nerd or looking for an inclusive intro to the world of birds, this event is for you. Kids encouraged – bring the whole rainbow fam!
When: Saturday May 17th 9-11am for the walk, with a morning tea at 11am at Stak’s Cafe.
Where: Campbells Creek Trail - starting and ending at Lewis Drive. Please meet at the Lewis Drive overflow carpark (turn left just before the entrance to the Salvage Yard and Good Op shop carpark). We will walk south along the Trail and turn back in time to have morning tea at Stak’s Cafe at 11am.
Cost: free but secure your spot!
