‘LandDownUnder’ – launched onto the scene last October here at Memo and it was huge. LDU celebrates the era when Australia emerged from the shadows and unleashed a wave of music that shook the world. With pride, passion, and fearless bravado, bands like AC/DC, INXS, Men At Work, Midnight Oil, Australian Crawl, Crowded House and artists Olivia Newton John , Rick Springfield and Kylie Minogue led the charge, putting Australian music on the global stage.
The All-Star LDU band captures the unmatched pride and spirit of the era, and features some of Australia’s finest musicians including SCOTT GRIFFITHS, GEOFF WELLS, PETER ROBERTSON, GAZ BROWN,PETE NEWSON, and BERNADETTA GRIFFITHS.
