Join us for an energetic boxing session where we'll focus on honing your punches before advancing to more complex combinations, complemented by bursts of cardio and core exercises to improve your stamina, power, coordination, and strength.Whether you’re an experienced boxer or just starting out, this session is tailored to challenge you appropriately.
Please bring your mat, water bottle, and boxing gloves/pads. If you need to borrow gloves, just let me know.
